Awad's Real Estate started with short property videos filmed on a phone. People watched, then called. Today the agency covers Beirut, Mount Lebanon and the coast — still with the same small team and the same habit of telling clients the truth about a place.

Ziad handles sales and acquisitions personally, and films most of the listings himself. His rule for the team is simple: if you wouldn't recommend the place to a friend, don't sell it to a client.
